RULES AND REGULATIONS

 New Members

No members under the age of 19.

Must have and/or download TeamSpeak (www.goteamspeak.com).

Create Clan Tag Name in the following sequence:  The Clan Tag [FL]  is always in Red.  Rest of your name is half white, half blue.  (Can be done with Shift + 6 + # -- # being 1 for Red, 2 for Green, 3 for Yellow, 4  for Blue, 5 for Light Blue, 6 for Pink, 7 for White, 8 for Black, 9 for Red.)

See example below

 [FL] UpYours

Download TeamSpeak .  You will also need a microphone.  We use this as two-way communication before we go into scrimmages,  during matches and always during our regular meetings.

When talking on TeamSpeak , do not make noises of any kind as it is irritating to the other listeners and impedes directions given by team members.  No loud yelling or singing of any kind.  Be considerate of the other Clan members.  Most important, be calm.

New members will be placed on a probationary period of 45 days.  Any infraction to our rules as listed below will mean immediate expulsion from the Clan.  That is final!  However, if a new recruit(s) has not been able to play during that time, the new recruit(s) may petition the Council Members for an extension for another 45 days.

After probationary period is over, new recruits will become a member of the Council (remaining original members after original split up).  The Council means that there are no leaders or any kind ... everyone gets a say and a vote.

Every potential or new recruit(s) must know our stance on scrimmages and that is we might not scrimmage at all.  So if a new recruit(s) is looking for a clan that scrimmages all the time, they might want to look elsewhere.

All Members

The rules as stated above and below apply to all members regardless of stature in the Clan.  Infraction to any of  the rules can and will result in the loss of rank, honors, merits, titles and ejection from the Clan.

If you are having a problem with a clan mate, do not pursue this in public on a gaming server.  Instead  take it private and get it worked out between the offended parties until everyone is satisfied with the  outcome.

Professional conduct is required on or off the servers at all times.  No use of profanity, derogatory remarks towards our Clan or any other players on our servers or on other servers, no sexual harassment, no racial slurs, no flaming, no warring, no Tk’ing. (team killing)

Use of any kind of cheat codes is completely forbidden.

Members of Clan Freelance may not be a member of another Clan and must always use the Clan Tag and coloration at all times – no changing names, colors, etc.

It is also up to you to read all the Rules and Regulations not only here but on www.AZ-Linux.NEt/nuke , the rules of the servers we play on.

When Members are in Games and/or Scrimmages

Constant use of “I need Ammo”, “Medic”, etc. will force you to sit out the rest of the match.  Once is all that is needed and medic(s) will try, as best they can, to get to you so do not tap out unless Medic says he can’t get there.

No berating of team members or opposing team members during a game/match as well as use of profanity, derogatory remarks, no racial slurs, no flaming, no warring, no sexual harassment, no TK’ing.  This looks extremely unprofessional.  If a member of an opposing Clan is acting in an unprofessional way, call a vote to kick or bring it to our attention right away.  If we see what is happening, we will back our Clan 100% and walk way from the match.

No use of cheat codes, cheat scripts, bots is ever permitted by our Clan or the opposing team (make sure that you know they are cheating – disappearing through walls, aimbots, etc.  Call a vote to kick the offending Clansperson.  We will back you 100% but you best be 100% right.

Miscellaneous

New recruits must be viewed in game action by two or more members of the Clan, with no exceptions.

All rules can and may be superceded by the Council Members at any time.
